At least 2 years experience developing Java-based web or enterprise applications.
Proficiency across the range of J2EE technologies, especially Servlet API-based programming, MVC frameworks, and JDBC.
Competence with software architecture, patterns and common frameworks
Competence with browser presentation technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX)
Strong written and verbal English skills
The ability to understand business challenges and independently design tools to solve those challenges
Skills which are helpful, but not required:
Solid understanding of .Net application development in C# and/or VB.net
Web Services, WebWork (Struts 2.0), Freemarker, Spring
